The home will have full monitoring control over the home's water usage including a high performance irrigation control system so that water is used responsibly and not wasted. One touch access to the irrigation control will be achieved through the home automation system so that watering schedules can easily be manipulated based on weather and town restrictions. The wine cellar will feature a wine management System.
